Alfredo Chicken was the first Bird’s Eye Voila! flavor that I had purchased that contained a sauce pack. The other flavors I have tried had sauce mixed in with the other ingredients. Still, the meal was very easy to prepare. All I had to do was pour the ingredients into a skillet and then slightly thaw the sauce pack. You just need to thaw the sauce pack enough to where the sauce will release from the pouch. Add the sauce to the skillet and then add one tablespoon of water. Heat the mixture to a simmer and then cover the skillet and cook Bird’s Eye Voila! Alfredo Chicken for 7 to 9 minutes. You will need to stir the meal every few minutes. That’s it. In 7 to 9 minutes your meal will be ready.

There were large chunks of chicken, peas, carrots, broccoli, and penne pasta. This meal was delicious, while still being healthy.
